📦 How long will my order take to arrive?
Around 14 workdays. Your cards ship from Germany if you’re in the EU, and from Canada if you’re anywhere else, so you’re not paying to send a small box across the Atlantic. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout once you add your address.
↩ Can I return the cards if they're not what I expected?
Yes. You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to change your mind, no reason needed. Full details are in our return policy.
👥 I want to buy these for my whole team / family / friends. Is there a discount?
There is, and you don’t need to ask for it. Add the number of decks you want, and the discount applies automatically at checkout. It starts at 2 decks and grows from there, with the biggest savings at 25 and 50.

🗃️ What's actually in the deck?
48 questions, split evenly across three levels. Curious questions warm people up. Brave questions ask for something real. Vulnerable questions go where most conversations never do. You decide how far a group travels, and you can stop at any level.
🙋♂️ Do I need to be a facilitator to use these?
No. Most people who own these cards aren’t facilitators. They’re using them at dinner tables, on road trips, and with friends they’ve known for twenty years and somehow never asked the right question. The cards do the hard part, which is giving everyone permission to go deeper.
👫 Is there a version for kids, teens, or families?
Yes, but only digitally. The Family Deck and Teen Deck are available as instant PDF downloads, along with a digital version of the Original Deck. If you want everything, the Print + Connect Bundle collects all three digital decks with the Deep Dinner Playbook.
🖨️ Can I just print the cards myself?
Yes, and for some people that’s the better option. Every deck is available as a PDF you download the moment you order. Print them at home, take them to a print shop, or use them straight from a screen if you’re facilitating online. No shipping, no waiting, no customs.
The Original Deck, the Family Deck, and the Teen Deck are all available this way, in English and German. If you want all three plus the Deep Dinner Playbook, the Print + Connect Bundle is the cheaper route.
What you give up is the object itself. The printed deck is a small, sturdy box that sits on a coffee table and gets picked up by someone who wasn’t looking for it. That matters more than it sounds like it should. A PDF is a tool you reach for on purpose. The deck is a tool that reaches for you.
