I’ve just completed leading my 5-week Virtual Facilitator Training where I taught everything I’ve learned about designing and facilitating highly engaging, memorable and transformational online experiences on Zoom.

Sometimes I like to think I am an expert at this, but the truth is, that every single participant of my training probably has one (or hundreds) of ideas that I could never think of.

I strongly believe that there is a lot of wisdom in each room and that my job is to support groups in unlocking it, rather than just “teaching” from stage.

So I had a few opportunities to share and exchange ideas to make Zoom Experiences even better that I would like to share today. Starting with 6 tips from the facilitators in my 12-week Deep Connectors Mastermind:

And then, a few weeks ago, I and Sara Ness from Authentic Revolution hosted a call with a bunch of facilitators, AR and otherwise, to gather the best tips all of us have come up with for online facilitation. Simmo Simpson and Sara turned it into a pretty PDF for everyone’s use! ?

I highly recommend checking it out below, as well as Sara’s Medium articles on facilitating on Zoom.
