What if you had a personal “Board of Directors” that helps you make better decisions in your business, remove self-doubt and overwhelm and inspires you to create magical, transformational experiences that change people’s lives?

If you’re a facilitator, trainer, educator or community builder that creates deep connections for people, then you’re in the right place. Here you’ll find a thriving, intimate community who’ll help you get clear on your next move and provide the support, connections and tools you need to make an impact and income.

Sometimes building a community can be lonely

Over the last 2 years, I have spent a lot of energy in creating tools and experiences that help others connect. When I would facilitate an activity for a room of strangers it felt extremely fulfilling at first, to see people come out of their shell, share personal stories and get vulnerable with each other.

But then a feeling of loneliness would come over me. While everyone else connecting with their new friends, I was sitting there by myself – just keeping track of time.

But it doesn’t always have to be like this

If there is one thing I’ve learned from being a business owner for over 10 years, it’s this:
“If you wanna go fast, go alone, if you wanna go far, go together.” ~ African Proverb

When I started out (and even after many years in business) I’ve struggled a lot with self-doubt when trying something new, I didn’t know how to charge what I am worth and I didn’t have the courage to have difficult conversations with clients and business partners.

In the last 5 years, I have grown the most personally and in my business and it was all thanks to the various Mastermind Groups I was part of. Having a group of people to check-in, brainstorm, and ask for advice has become invaluable and now I use it as a GPS for my business that makes sure that I am on the right track.

These are some of the questions I asked my Mastermind Groups, that you too might find powerful to move you forward:

  • “I have too many ideas and too little time. Which project or product should I launch next?”
  • “How do I get corporate clients to understand the intangible value of my work?”
  • “How do I set boundaries with my micro-managing client?”
  • “How much should I charge for this event / this speaking gig / this corporate workshop?”
  • “How can I get recurring revenue and build a sustainable business model?”
  • “Can I run you through this activity and get your feedback?”
  • “How can I get my Facebook Group members more engaged?”
  • “Do you have any advice for this challenging conversation with my business partner?”

Now is the time to collaborate – more than ever.

Now it’s more important than ever to innovate quickly, and having a strong support network of like-minded peers is going to make the difference between failing and succeeding during this time of rapid change.

Are you ready to grow together, collaborate and facilitate connections around the globe?

Jan Keck

Connection Coach, Experience Designer & Facilitator

A mastermind is a group of highly motivated people who are committed to growing personally and professionally that support each other in having a bigger impact in this world.

It’s a confidential, supportive, introvert-friendly space to share resources and get feedback on challenges and opportunities with a group of 5-6 peers. Members will most likely come from a range of business types (from corporate trainers, event organizers, professional facilitators, educators and more), which brings a rich diversity of perspectives and experiences to the discussion. Sessions include a combination of group sharing and time for one or more members to take a DEEP DIVE into their current challenges, benefiting from the focused attention of the group.

You could say a Mastermind Group is your sounding board, accountability partner, and peer support, all rolled into one!

  • Make better decisions. Receive valuable feedback from your peers on your ideas and offerings that will help you get clarity.
  • Get insights on your blind spots. Get an objective, outside perspective that will help you see challenges clearly.
  • Meet people like yourself. You will really get to know the other members of this group, who share similar values, have related missions and who care about the same topics.
  • Share stories and lessons. Swap stories, experiences, and best practises around our shared mission.
  • Get advice. Open discussions on topics that don’t have easy or obvious answers (the stuff you can’t Google).
  • Find inspiration. Find a little inspiration, thought-provoking conversations, and expert perspective.
  • Have an impact. Actively contribute to the community we’re building so that together we can have a positive impact on the world.

To get the most out of this mastermind group, you should have an established business or audience rather than just starting out. Your business is growing and you’re ready to attract the right customers and boost your income and impact.

Ideally, you’ll be working on one big project over the next 3-6 months, like:

  1. Launching a new offer (training, program, course)
  2. Growing your audience (running ads, organic outreach, SEO strategy) or
  3. Pivoting your business (moving your in-person online).

The Deep Connectors Mastermind is a small, intimate group of 4-6 members that connect weekly for a video call for 12 weeks.

The proposed start date is in the first week of June and the timing for the calls will be between 12PM – 6PM EST (depending on the availability of the members).

The mastermind consists of maximum 6 members sharing the same values

We will connect via a Zoom video call for 1.5 hours each week to check-in, support each other and set commitments

Every 2nd week two members will get a chance to be in the spotlight and receive ideas, advice and suggestions from the group

Once we get to know each other new connections and collaboration opportunities will become obvious

You get to join my private community hub hosted on Mighty Networks where we can check-in, share additional resources and support each other between the calls.

I especially appreciate how Jan models vulnerability by sharing pertinent aspects of his own story. His skill in co-creating an uplifting and mutual space encouraged me to see beyond the present 'picture' of my personal and professional life. Our session provided me with a needed mindset shift and tangible action steps to create meaningful connections. Jan clearly has a mindset of generosity and expansiveness and I'd highly recommend working with him. He's the real deal!

Jan is an incredible facilitator and makes it easy to get to know one another in a whole new way. The group at our retreat bonded on a much deeper level than I ever could have imagined and Jan had a huge part of that.

I am looking for the first six FOUNDING MEMBERS to join the DEEP CONNECTORS MASTERMIND in June 2020, which will not only include the founder pricing outlined above, but also the following bonuses:

  • A physical deck of ASK DEEP QUESTIONS Cards
  • My Deep Dinner Playbook (PDF)
  • 1-on-1 Coaching Call with me
  • Free Access to all existing and new Masterclass Workshops in 2020
  • Lifetime Access to the new Deep Connectors Community (coming soon)

When does the next Mastermind Group start?

The proposed first call will be in the first week of June and the exact day and time will be determined based on the availability of the members. The weekly accountability calls will be between 12PM – 6PM EST.

Is it available in my country / timezone?

If you can be available for the accountability calls between 12PM – 6PM EST, then you are welcome to join. I have people interested from the east and west coast of North America and Europe. There is also a possibility of forming two groups to make it easier to join at a time that works for you.

Wait, 14 weeks seems like a long time. How much will this Mastermind demand of me?

It’s on purpose. In 3 months (plus 2 weeks for getting clear on your goal and a final wrap-up session to celebrate) you can achieve a lot! Right now, I am looking for people who are committed to growth (business and personal), which means you will need to be available for a 1.5-hour call each week and some additional time to check-in inside the online portal.

How will I access the Mastermind Group?

All the accountability calls will happen on Zoom and will be recorded. So in case you miss one session, you can watch the replay. Any additional content and communication will be hosted on Mighty Networks, which has a great app for iPhone and Android to check-in on the go, from wherever you are.

What if I miss a call? Can I still join?

Everyone’s lives are different and complex, so of course, there might be one or two times that you have existing commitments that you can’t get out or emergencies that you need to take care of. In that case you will get a recording of the call you can watch and we’ll ask you to post an update inside our community instead, so we know how we can support you.

So, yes, you can still join, but if you think you’d be missing more than 3-4 sessions, it might make sense to wait until I run this Mastermind again, so you get the most value from it.

What is the Refund Policy?

If after signing up, we cannot find a time that you are available to join the calls, I will send you a refund. No questions asked.

But once you decide to join and the mastermind has started, there are no refunds. I created a detailed application process to make sure it’s the right fit for you. If you have questions or concerns before joining, please reach out and schedule a call with me.

Will you be offering this Mastermind again?

Not yet sure. This is the first time I am hosting this Mastermind. This is the Beta price, so if I do it again, the price will be higher.
